Restrictions on orders shipped "FROM" England or "To" England.
International borders are currently closed to all UK traffic, affecting orders shipped from the UK. Thus, the current options available to you in relation to your order are:
- All international orders are automatically put on hold until the delivery service receives additional information about when borders will reopen and delivery partners can fully resume operations. As soon as the delivery service receives confirmation of this, you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped from the warehouse. No action is required from you.
- Our website and shipping service has no control over delivery times and delays and WILL NOT refund or offer replacements for orders that were not received on time due to border closures.
- You can cancel your order and receive full compensation. Write to us by mail in the Contacts section, within two working days, and request a refund.
