SynerProtein Chocolate Multipack

This low-fat, high-protein formula was developed by Dr James Scala, nutritionist to NASA and the US Olympic team. Each serving provides 14 g of soy protein (about 21 g when mixed with skimmed milk), plus a full spectrum of amino acids and nutrients that support muscle recovery and help reduce feelings of fatigue.

Directions:

Mix 1 scoop with 8 fl oz (about 240 ml) of water, juice or skimmed milk. Drink 1–3 times a day.
