Rules for providing user-generated content

We thank you for your willingness to send us User Generated Content. We love to receive feedback from our customers and the community that has resulted from their interaction and mutual support. Please read the rules for submitting User Content carefully. Only users who use Nature's Sunshine Products may upload User Content to the designated areas of the Site. By submitting User Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All uploaded User Content is reviewed by our moderators as it must comply with the provisions of our Terms.

If you wish to provide feedback about problems with your order, the ordering procedure, its delivery, or feedback about other problems with the Buyer Services, please contact us directly. Do not post such feedback in the product reviews section or Q&A section. Any such feedback may be removed from the Site without response.

By submitting User Content, you grant 24NSP a perpetual, unrestricted, non-exclusive, irrevocable right, worldwide, to use it, including by license, sublicense, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create a derivative work based on it, distribute and display it worldwide through any media. Therefore, you should not upload anything that you would not want to share with the general public. You warrant that by posting your User Content, you have not violated anyone's right of privacy and right of publicity, copyright, contractual rights or any other rights, including anyone's moral rights. We are not responsible for any User Content, including any errors or inaccuracies contained therein, or for any damage or loss caused by the use of any User Content in any way. We are not responsible for the use or misuse of any of your User Content by any user.

You acknowledge that we may retain your User Content, and may disclose it if required to do so by law, or at our goodwill, if retention or disclosure is reasonably necessary to take legal action, enforce this Agreement, or defend against claims that any User Content violates the rights of third parties, or to protect our rights, our property and the personal safety of us and our users, or the safety and security of our users. You also acknowledge that maintenance and portability of the Site, including your User Content, may require transmission over various networks and modifications to conform to the technical requirements of communication devices or networks.

We endeavor to comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act relating to service providers. If you believe that any content found on the Site is provided in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may contact us by emailing [email protected].

Your submission should include the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you believe has been infringed;
• a description of the material that you claim violates the Site's terms of use;
• your e-mail address, mailing address and telephone number;
• a statement from you that you sincerely believe that your use of the material on the Site is not authorized by the copyright holder, the copyright holder's representative, or is contrary to law;
• a digital or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person acting on behalf of the copyright owner.

Rules for Submission of User Content

To preserve the integrity of the User Content, you agree not to submit content

• that contains Discount Numbers, offers or advertisements
• that is known to you to be false, inaccurate or misleading
• that violates any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or any other intellectual property rights, right of publicity or privacy rights
• which violates any legislation, contravenes the provisions of any ordinances, decrees or regulations
• which is or may be deemed to be defamatory, hateful, racially or religiously motivated, or which contains insults or unlawful threats, or which seeks to unlawfully persecute a person or entity
• that contains offensive language
• which contains contact information (e-mail address, telephone numbers, postal addresses, etc.)
• which contains personally identifiable information (name, social security number, place of birth, etc.)
• that refers to competitors' products or services
• that encourages or supports behavior that is illegal, violent, or fraudulent, or encourages or supports the illegal use of drugs, underage drinking, child or animal abuse
• that criticizes other User Content posted on the Site or criticizes its authors
• that contains medical advice
• who collects data about other users of the Site
• who accesses closed areas of the Site, including its servers and networks
• that contains text such as "visit my page", "like my review if it's helpful to you", "click on my name".

We are not responsible for any information provided on the Site relating to recommendations for any nutritional supplements to treat any health problems.

We reserve the right, for any reason, not to post User Content or to remove User Content to give members the opportunity to submit new content in the event that we determine that the original content does not comply with our policies. You agree that you must independently evaluate any User Content and bear all risks associated with its use, including risks related to its accuracy, quality and usefulness. That is, you agree that you should not place complete trust in any User Content. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Site. We have the right, in our sole discretion, without obligation, to monitor communications between you and other users of the Site and terminate your access to the Site.

Repeated violations of the User Content Policy may result in the suspension or blocking of a member's account. Suspended accounts cannot access referral orders, except that any existing or anticipated referral orders will be processed by managers in favor of the Site.

You agree to accept liability in the event of any complaints, damages, losses, liabilities and causes of action from third parties caused by the posting of any content or materials or your failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. You agree to cooperate to the extent necessary to defend against any claim. We reserve the right to use the exclusive defense and control of any matter relating to your indemnification, in which event you will still be required to reimburse us for attorney's fees and costs in addition to any damages, claims, losses and liabilities incurred by us.

Only users who use Nature's Sunshine Products may submit User Content.

• Reviews can only be written about products you have ordered after they have been delivered.
• You can ask questions about any product. To receive timely notifications of answers to your questions, make sure you have the notification option activated.
• Answers can only be provided if you have previously purchased a product.

We would like to know your opinion on products you have tried and purchased, as well as products you know and love. Please note that you can only leave reviews about products that you have purchased. All reviews are moderated as they must adhere to our rules.

Rules for submitting photos

Provide photos that can help customers understand what they can expect when they receive the product or that can help them make a purchase decision.

Photo requirements

• .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp or .png format
• size no more than 10 MB
• at least 300px by 300px

Make sure your photos do not contain discount numbers, drawings, comic books, adult content, pranks, medical information, violence, obscenity, captions, trademark images, or other content or materials that you do not own or have full rights to.

Make sure that only yourself is visible in the photo, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions from any other people who are visible in the photo.

Reporting Violations

In the product reviews and questions section, you can report possible violations of these rules by clicking on the "Report to Moderator" link next to the content. If the "Report to Moderator" link is not available, you can send an email to [email protected] with information about the type of violation, a link to the page, screenshots, and the reason why you believe the content violates this policy.
