Return of products

It is possible to return products of proper quality within 90 days from the date of purchase. Conditions: the product must not be opened and used, seals and packaging must be intact.

Inside the parcel, you must enclose a receipt (invoice) and a sheet with a brief description: order number, reason for return (optional), account number for refund, contact person and phone number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned products must be sent to the address where the order was made: office, delivery service, in England or Poland.
