Return of products

We care about the quality of our products, but if for any reason you decide to return your purchase, you can do so in accordance with distance selling regulations.

1. Return Terms (Cooling-off Period)

According to EU legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order to initiate the return process without giving any reason.

2. Requirements for Returned Items

For the return to be approved, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item has not been used.
  • The original, undamaged packaging is preserved (especially important for food supplements and cosmetics, blisters and seals must not be opened).
  • The marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved.
Please note: opened food supplements, vitamins, and cosmetics are not eligible for return or exchange for health and hygiene reasons.

3. How to Process a Return?

  1. Contact our customer support via email at [email protected] and provide your order number.
  2. We will send you instructions and the address of the warehouse in Poland for the return shipment.
  3. Pack the item carefully so it does not get damaged in transit, and send it via a courier service.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs for items of proper quality are paid by the buyer. If the item was damaged during transit to you or we sent the wrong item, the store will cover the shipping costs.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse, we will refund your money within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment details (the same bank card) used to pay for the order.
