Return of products
We care about the quality of our products, but if for any reason you decide to return your purchase, you can do so in accordance with distance selling regulations.
1. Return Period
According to EU legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to initiate a return procedure without providing a reason.
2. Return Requirements
To have your return approved, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item has not been used.
- The original, undamaged packaging is preserved (this is especially important for dietary supplements and cosmetics; blisters and seals must remain unopened).
- The product's commercial appearance and consumer properties are maintained.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team via email at [email protected] and provide your order number.
- We will send you instructions and the address of our warehouse in Poland for the return shipment.
- Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during transit and send it via a courier service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping for items of proper quality is paid by the buyer. If the product was damaged during transportation to you or if we sent the wrong item, the shop will cover the shipping costs.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method (the same bank card) used for the initial purchase.
