I would like to share the results of taking Coenzyme Q10. I am an experienced hypertensive patient. After 40 years, blood pressure gradually increased: 140/80, 150/90. The insidiousness of the disease is that you do not feel the increased numbers. Periodic blood pressure measurements led to even more frustration: 160/100, 170/105. The constant use of pharmacy antihypertensive drugs gave a short-term positive result. Positive numbers, but negative for well-being. After taking the medication, I was “no”. I have already accepted the products of the NSP company, but there was not much effect. In the morning, at 4-5 o'clock, there was a pulsation in the temples. I understood that the pressure was more than 200. I had to resort to taking Clonidine in order to remove the risk of complications as quickly as possible: stroke, heart attack. I take Coenzyme Q10 in a dosage of 100 mg for 3 months. After the first day of taking in the early morning, I did not hear any pulsation in the temples. BP did not measure. You never know accidents in our life ...Now HELL is 140/80. The mood is even, without a surge of emotions. The cravings for food are gone. And I understand the reason. We eat to get energy and building materials from food to build new cells. And coenzyme gives energy. And the cage is calm, requires nothing. I know for sure that Coenzyme NSP Q-10 is my product for constant use.

I bought it for my mother, after reading in one of the studies, which helps with arrhythmias and angina pectoris. She drank 5 capsules a day and a month later noted that in addition to improving her heart rate, she lost fatigue. During the day, I became less tired.
