The extract comes as a liquid — practical for children who prefer not to swallow capsules or tablets. Suitable from age 6.

Take before meals, diluted in water. Suggested amounts:

• Adults: 20–30 drops (1–2 ml);
• Children over 6: 10–20 drops (0.5–1 ml).

You may repeat every 2–4 hours; a practitioner should set the precise dose after consultation.

5. Boneset — contributes plant sugars and fatty acids.
