If you are our customer, we welcome your feedback in the "Feedback about us" section, as well as about Nature's Sunshine Products.

Please note that if you are not our customer (you have not registered a discount number through our website), reviews left in the "Reviews about us", "Help" and any other sections that relate to the work of the 24NSP team will not be paid for or published. Why? We are not responsible for the work of other distributors of the company.

We are willing to pay for your honest review of Nature's Sunshine Products, dietary supplements, and/or cosmetics, even if you do not place orders through our website but still use NSP products.

Requirements:

• Your full first and last name must be entered in the "name" field of your account.
• Profanity, insults, and spam are prohibited.
• The review must be unique and personally yours, not copied from somewhere on the Internet and/or posted on another website(s) — this is easily verifiable.

Your first and last names will not be displayed in full on the website, but rather your first name in full and only the first letter of your last name. This is how we protect the privacy of our users. What does this look like? For example, the first and last name "Antonio Balalaikin" will be displayed on the website as "Antonio B.".

There are no requirements for the "color" of the review, only your honest opinion: positive, negative, neutral, whatever you want.

Terms and prices

Text reviews:

• $2 - half an A4 sheet;
• $3 - half an A4 sheet + 4 product photos;
• $5 - one A4 sheet in "before and after" format.

Video reviews:

• $3 - 2-minute video without voice/comments;
• $5 - 4-minute video with voice/comments;
• $10 - "before and after" video review.

Throughout the video, the inscription "For the website 24nsp.eu" made by you on any surface must be clearly visible.

You can send your video review to our email address [email protected] with the subject line "Video review."

If you want your details to be hidden in the video, let us know and we will edit the video to blur or obscure them.

What can you review?

You can give feedback on, for example:

• delivery: unpacking, timing, what you liked and/or didn't like;
• about the product: one, several, in comparison, what you liked and/or didn't like;
• about your health results, in a "before and after" format: description of the health problem you had and what results you achieved, indicating the products you used, how long you took them, etc.

Where we pay

We pay for reviews:

• either by phone number (account top-up). We top up accounts only through services where you only need to provide your phone number, the amount, and the card for payment, without any registration or confirmation, for example, https://payment.mts.ru/pay/1150;
• or to a card. This requires the card number and owner details. Please note that we do not ask you for all your card details, only the number and owner. This is necessary for international transfers from card to card.
