Recommended daily dose
1 capsule 3 times daily with meals.. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use while taking cardiac medication. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulants at the same time.
Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of small children.
