This low-fat, high-protein formula was developed by Dr James Scala, nutritionist to NASA and the US Olympic team. Each serving provides 14 g of soy protein (21 g when mixed with skimmed milk), plus a full spectrum of amino acids and nutrients that support muscle recovery and help ease tiredness.
