The data we receive

Chat Logs

Our Services also use chat to provide assistance to customers, either automatically or manually. Chat is a computer program that communicates with you in the form of text messages via a digital messaging interface using pre-configured messages or live responses. Simply put, if you ask a question in the chat, he will answer you in the same way as a live person would, or a live person will answer, depending on the question.
