Composition of Vitamin D3

How to use Vitamin D3 NSP

Take D3 Vitamins from NSP according to one of these schedules:

• 1–2 tablets with food for a month in autumn and winter;

In summer D3 Vitamins need not be used if there is enough sunlight — except after injury or marked hypovitaminosis.

Contraindications

D3 Vitamins in any form are not recommended in:

• hypercalcaemia and vitamin D3 hypervitaminosis, including when taking other vitamin D3 products;
• renal hyperphosphataemia;
• calcium nephrourolithiasis.
